            Ordered a cake with ******** on 7/26/21. Sent a deposit to secure my date and time. Paid 75$. Pick up was ultimately decided for 8/15/21 at 9am. Paid the remaining balance upon pick up which was $75. We cut and attempted to eat the birthday cake at 12 noon 8/15/21, same day. The cake was stale. 3/4 of the cake went into the trash because it was not edible. It was old. It was stale. I immediately contacted ******** to let her know of the issue with the cake. After some back and forth she ultimately refused a refund. I even agreed to a partial refund of $75 and she refused. She said her order form says no refunds but in fact I have the order form and it only says no refunds on deposits. I even drove 30 minutes back to her house in good faith to show her exactly how stale the cake was. I should have expected, based on her prior responses, that she would not do the honest thing. She did offer another cake for another time but my trust is not there. She cussed at me once and accused me.

            Not accredited for a reason... She'll come up with some crazy story to show up late to your event and not bring a second cake that you spent time ordering, designing & prepaying for with her just for her to offer a refund of the cake that never made it and never pay it back after several attempts over 6 months to collect on the refund. The cake that did make it was not decorated the way we asked for and she never provided photographic proof of the product she was planning on showing up late with to leave us time to make any corrections or changes ***** design and order occured several months over the course of several month leading up to the event... she had ample time... Would NOT recommend. Not worth the money or headache.p.s. The only complaint I received for the entire event was how tasteless and ***** the cake was that actually showed up.
