My husband and I met with ************************* on 12/24/21 to view a blue heeler pup for about 2 hours and left him $500 deposit for the dog. Gentleman mentioned the pup is AKC registered and his wife would send the paperwork. On 12/26/21 we met with the gentleman again and paid $1000 dollars for the dog. ***** stated oh with the holidays my wife is busy but she will send the contract and receipt. We took the pup on 12/27/21 to the vet and have been contacting breeder on all up to date vaccinations and paperwork we were promised. It is 1/24/22 and have received some demeaning messages from the wife about us not abiding by the contract. Therefore, she will not send the pup's registration, receipt NOR paperwork. When texting with the wife today they have covid and she will get vaccination card to us. the wife has done nothing but tell us how we are incompetent and didn't abide by a contract. They are charging an outrageous amount for their dogs and stating they are registered and not following through with sending the registration paperwork.Business response
