  I made it very clear to Mrs ******* and her husband that the posts would be cut at different lengths due to the elevation of the ground.  *************** was present during entire construction project.  The distance from the ground to the bottom of the fence was dictated by ***************.  He stated he didnt care if you could see through the bottom, he wanted it high so the view would be blocked from the top deck.  They also wanted it at least two feet from the ground due to water running through that area when it rained.  When project was completed he had me sign a form that the project was completed and he gave me final payment.  **************** contacted me weeks later and was very rude and demanding that I add something to the bottom to block the lower portion of the femce.  The fence is solid and perfect.  I told **************** that I did it the way *************** instructed me to, and if she wanted me to come back out to add to the project it would cost $1200.  That was fair.  She then proceeded to send me a long rambling text.  I will attach.

  I am rejecting this response because. I have already supplied the Better Business Bureau with the situation and how it was handled. Of course ************** is going to deny any responsibility for the way that the project went. I could expect nothing less from him. Ive already given you schematics of how the design was presented to him the fact that he agreed to the 8 foot posts and to the 6 foot construction materials. Theres really nothing more to say he was never told to have the fence 2 feet above the ground. It was even more than that it was actually 3 1/2 feet in places and 2 1/2 in other places it was a variety of a mixture of hearts from the ground. My husband finish the project off because I was so upset I couldnt even speak to the man. The posts were already in cement the job was already on its way and there was nothing that could be done because of what they did in the first place cutting all the posts in correct size and dealing with metal that wasnt long enough. he did state that he would come out and do the repairs for $1200 but that didnt include the materials at all. I have already had it taken care of nail by another person who has done an excellent job at finishing **************** work. The fence is now finished and I am happy with it now but only after spending another thousand dollars for the product and the gentleman to finish the project.  We had discussed with Mr. ***** of the distances between post that would be no more than 8 feet. Im just sad that he has no more business sense and discipline to ignore the fact of the mistakes that he made and would not acknowledge them. Once they were done and put up there was nothing you could do they were already cut too long and spaced too far apart. That is when my husband took over and there was nothing much he could do but just to see that it got finished in some fashion. Certainly not to my desire nor his either. ************** is definitely wrong about that. I wouldnt spend another thousand dollars on the project to get it done to my satisfaction if it was done correctly.
