I was very fortunate to be transferred to *************************, **************** Representative at ********************************************* *** on two occasions within a week when my mortgage company had changed hands. Though my home insurance had never lapsed and the new mortgage company had recently paid for the insurance out of my escrow account, I was repeatedly being billed and contacted by the new mortgage company stating they would be purchasing home insurance for me due to the lapse at a very high cost. *************** took care of the issue with such a high level of professionalism and understanding that her reassurance solidified that I will be a customer of ********************************************* for life. Several days later after our first conversation and what we thought would resolve the issue, the company issued a new bill for a few "lapsed days of hazard insurance" at another high cost which *************** again reassured me was not accurate, and took care of within minutes.Standard Casualty Company Response

************ was terrific this AM; great help with filing a claim and I felt assured I'll hear from an adjuster soon. Our entire MH Park was hard hit last nite...we even got Tornado Warnings on our phones...in ******, **! I've never called with a claim, and my tension eased as he walked me thru the speedy process.
