They came out and dumped a bunch of crushed limestone without showing us what they were putting down, by the time we realized that the rock they were laying down was way too big and jagged for our feet or our dogs feet it was too late. If he wouldve just showed us the product they were going to use. We couldve avoided them laying it down but they didnt show us. So they had to come back the next day and bring pea gravel which they charged us an extra two grand for and the labor to remove what they had already laid down. At this point it didnt matter because my yard was destroyed. They told me they were going to use a bobcat to level and clear the grass before they laid the rock down, they did not do this. They simply laid some weed barrier down and threw the rocks right on top of that. We already have grass growing up. through the weed barrier. They charged us an extra 250 bucks to spray the decomposed granite that the man said would be hardened. It never hardened. Its literally so soft and loose the wind blows it around. I was told this product is 250 bucks ended up seeing it at ********** for 100. We were told they were going to separate the different rocks by a larger stone divider they ended up using plastic edging. All said and done We ended up being charged seven grand. We asked for an invoice multiple times and never received one. The fire pit that they Made was never drilled with a way to drain. It literally fills up with water. They showed back up to put more pea gravel down (because you can see the weed mat everywhere the rock was laid so thin,) and the man said he forgot the tools to do the fire pit and that was his fault he would come back. He never came back. They ignored our calls and just ghosted us. Unfortunately, this company had no. intentions on coming back to finish the job. Do not use this company. Still dont have an invoice, probably because he didnt want to have to pay taxes.
