****************** is HORRIBLE! The waiting are looks like and feels like the basement of a 90's crime movie. Complete with tape on their fake leather seats and mismatch furniture. Additionally I go in for an oil change and service recall then the next day my car is spilling radiator coolant everywhere. They are refusing to look at my car again or rather are saying that it will be well over a month before they can see take a look. 2023 ********************** New in February 2024 have 9667 miles.

I was lied to repeatedly. ****** was sales, ***** was the manager. I drove from N Austin * separate times, 1.5hrs each way. First time I went I was ready to buy on the spot because everything had been previously hashed in email/text/calls they just wanted to see the trade. After inspection of the car and sitting down they wanted the car titled in my name, wouldnt take my bill of sale with the power of attorney and fully signed title. So I drove 1.5hrs back to ****** did all paperwork asked for. I sent ****** pictures of the title app and registration, he said youre good come back. I let them know that paperwork took some of my down can we lessen the down and keep the payment, I was told yes. I drove another 1.5 hrs, get there just to be told the application was not good enough and I had to wait for the paper title to show up. I was told toId to put $500 down to hold the car and drove another 1.5hrs AGAIN! Waited two weeks for the title, let ****** know I had it and was going to head down and confirmed deal was set and just needed signatures. I was told yes you just have to sign. So again drive 1.5hrs down and was met with totally different #************** comes to me and tries to blame me and calls me a liar, saying that he never said he was going to give me that amount on my trade. Unfortunately for them I keep all emails and texts. It was looked at and evaluated twice with no change on trade price, had it been a problem I should've been told up front. I showed texts and emails THEY sent me with numbers THEY sent me. ***** changed his argument and said they needed to account for the extra miles on the car (which apparently 1k miles equals $2k in price.) I said you caused the additional mileage, he went back to the I didnt tell you $6k on your trade even though it was in black and white in the email. I was VERY blatantly lied to and wasted 10hours of driving and extra miles due to them being untruthful in this deal. Now I wait for my $500 back.

I have got two (2) vehicles from this dealership and had my last 3 vehicles serviced there (This includes the first vehicle that was acquired from a different dealership.) Because of their excellence I gladly make the short drive there, rather than going to the closer dealership ihere in town.

I was in the market for a Telluride SX and I was shopping around for the best price for the trim I needed. When I was browsing through World Car *** at New Braunfels, I found the vehicle I wanted with a note saying "call for price". So, I called the number and got a quote for $47K. I confirmed multiple times that this is the price they are selling the vehicle for. I made an appointment to go buy the vehicle without a test drive as I knew exactly what i wanted.I live in North ******, a good 1.5 hour drive away. I drive to this dealership and the salesperson I was working with tells me there is a $3K charge the dealership charges over the price quoted on the phone. I asked him why I wasn't informed of this over the phone when i called and confirmed the price multiple times. He said he didnt know and I didn't think too much of it at that time. $50K was still a good price for the trim I wanted.He goes discusses things with his manager and comes back with a final price of over $56K - a good $9K over the price quoted to me on the phone. When I got upset with this fraudulent behavior, the manager comes to me and pretty much said this is our price, take it or leave it and that they are re-training the person that gave us the wrong information over the phone.We drove 1.5 hours back home disappointed with *** in general. A waste of our time and money. I have never experienced such blatant fraud before and this just put me off *** ***********
