      Made an appointment for two small dogs, one Maltipoo (6 years old) and one ****** (approx 2-3 yrs) for full grooming appointments on Monday, July 1st at 1pm. Both dogs were dropped off with clear instructions for grooming - shorter not shaved, etc. The groomer never spoke to us but there was a clerk at the counter who seemed irritated but helped us. As advertised a full groom should include bath, clipping, ear cleaning, nails, etc. Picked both dogs up at almost 5pm that day. One dog (Morkie) was basically shaved or clipped really short with no explanation. This was the only noticeable issue at the time. A day or so later, we noted the Morkie had injures and irritation near her tail. We also noticed that neither dogs nails were clipped. Therefore, we paid for services not rendered and had an injury. I later called Woof Gang separately to see about going back to get the Maltipoos nails clipped since that was supposed to be included in the grooming. A very rude customer service person, *****, finally transferred me to the manager. I was accused of being a difficult customer every time I demanded resolution to the issue of paying for services not rendered and the other dog being injured. I stated clearly that I would simply like the money back for the nail clipping at least for both dogs or some other accommodation. Nothing, they continued to blame me and accuse me of being difficult. Based on this treatment, I did not feel like our animals would be safe going back to this location. If they treated me this way - who knows what they would do to our pets now.I want a refund for services rendered for both dogs or at least partial refund (half). At this point, we deserve more than just the nail clipping fee. $68 for Maltipoo and $55 for Morkie
