            On march 29th a service request was submitted to American Home Shield for replacement of a water heater that had failed and leaked into my garage from the attic where the water heater was located. Today is April 9 and the company plumbing pro services llc of new braunfels tx, owned by a man named ****, has failed to install the water heater and took 825 dollars from me. They had the water heater in had at the warehouse 4 days ago. Meanwhile I'm also having to board my dog, stay in hotels and eat out constantly adding to the expense because I have no running water in my home.

            Stay away! I'm sorry to say it, but everything you read prior to this is correct. Scheduled an appointment. No show. They closed the work order without even showing up. Multiple calls over the course of several days not returned. They told AHS they would get back to us. Didn't happen. I ended up waiting 7 days before we had to get the work completed by a different company. Finally got a refund from AHS. I'm surprised AHS even uses this company based on these reviews and the ones on Yelp (check those out). Coincidentally (I couldn't make this up if I wanted to), my sister-in-law had a hot water heater issue several months back. I started explaining the nonsense we were dealing with here, and she pulled an email up showing that she had dealt with this exact same company. They replaced the unit, left, it didn't work, and she waited for three weeks for them to return and complete the work before she ended up going to another company to complete the work. Pathetic.
