    I received an auto routed text message from County Line Self Storage regarding a delinquent payment for **** of 2023. You will notice in the attachment for **** of 2023, we were billed $128 on **** 15th, 2023. I then received another message about July 2023 payment being delinquent. If you look at attachment two, you will notice that we were charged $95 on July 3rd, 2023 on two separate occasions. I have contacted ***** on multiple occasions and I have been advised by ***** that she doesn't handle the billing, it is handled by a third party and they notified ***** that the payments have not been received. As you can see, the charges have cleared our account. I contacted ***** again and she asked for the the copies of our bank statement to prove that the payments were made. My wife, *********************** sent the copies to ******* email ************** on August 18th, 2023 and ***** still hasn't responded. I emailed ***** this morning August 23rd, 2023 advising ***** that this has gone on long enough and I will be filing a complaint with BBB and taking action in small claims court in Comal and ********* Counties. The reason I am filing in small claims court is because my gate access code has been disabled and I have specialized tools in storage that I cannot access and I have had to buy new ones at a very large cost to me. I am in independent communications contractor. Not to mention, all of our summer vacation items are in storage and I cannot get them either. I couldn't deny my family a vacation over this issue, so I had to go buy new beach chairs, coolers, tents and sand toys for my children. This is the most ridiculous siltation I have ever encountered and I need resolution immediately. I will be moving my items to a new location and I will be asking for a full refund of the cost for the last three months, all that has been paid, my expenses for new tools, ************* and the cost to move my items.

    I have been over charge and then they tried to over charge me for a year saying that I havent paid for a year .. had to pull up statement . Owner told me that she was going to *** me for money I already paid .. After paying full balance was still not able to access my storage unit . I was lock out . I called asking why and was told i would have to wait until tomorrow . Also ask me what I was trying to get out of my unit . And if I was moving out . When you have to give a 2 week notice . I should not have to explain why I need to access my storage unit and also Im current with payment and Im still not able to access my unit
