            This company was contracted through my home warranty company. They came out in Thursday, made an assessment that the pool motor was broken and submitted the repair claim. Claimed approved by the home warranty company the following Wednesday. I called the same day to set up and appointment for repair, was told he was too busy and will contact me later with a 2 hr window appointment. Finally received a call on Monday that they will be here on Thursday morning. No- called, no showed us...had to call and text multiple times and they responded with "no motor, will be there tomorrow 9-11"....Are you serious? Unacceptable! They then just called my home warranty company and cancelled the work order request without me even knowing. Now I've waited 3 week for a repair and have to start all over. Save your hard earned money and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY through your home warranty company or if paying out of pocket.

            I had a text conversation with this customer and informed him that my 84 year old mother-in-law is in the hospital because she had fallen and cracked her skull open (I will be happy to share the text) We had been in the hospital since 2AM Thursday morning. I understand the importance of putting in the motor and unfortunately this was an over site on my part. I did tell him I would be out Friday morning between **** I also informed him that I could call his home warranty cancel it and have a new tech come out. When he did not respond I called and canceled the call and ask that a new tech be sent out. My mother-in-law is now home and resting well. I would like to thank this individual for his compassion and understanding of the situation. How ever I don't care for liars and Karma is h***
