If I could give the Rush ******* location a zero star and I never leave bad reviews. The Rush Trucking in ******* is the biggest scam company in *******. They will sit on your truck acting like they fixed an issue just to collect labor fees. I was given options of repair and chose the option to them learn that they didnt do the repairs. My truck stop running 3 days later to then be given a call from the manager **** pretty much saying sorry thats my problem. All you care about is the money and Im going as far as I can to get back at that ******* location specifically. They are wrong and horrible of when they know you have no option other than leaving it there with a very high bill. They will send you an email stating they need more hours to find the problem. I regret ever going to them!! I was told Rush is good but later told do not go to the one in ******* because they are horrible. I regret going!!! My truck is now at the ******************* location. ****** **** is doing everything possible to help me fix what the ******* location should have done. My believe as well as others think they misdiagnosed the issue but decided to use basic wire as the problem. **** ***** seems to think it was something else!!Rush Enterprises, Inc. Response

**************, I am sorry you feel that your repair at ************ was not satisfactory. I have reviewed the repair ******* performed and spoke with the ***************** Manager *************************. The engine wiring harness was rubbing on a bolt on back of the engine causing a short in the harness. ******* gave you three estimates to replace or repair the harness, or to wrap the harness and securing it from rubbing on the bolt. ******* informed you that just wrapping the harness would not fix the short and could not guarantee you how long it would last before failing again. You informed ******* via text you were going with the least expensive option which is wrapping the harness and secure it from dropping. I spoke to ********************* at our Sealy location, and he states ******* did not do anything wrong and the only way to properly repair the harness will be to pull back the harness and repair the shorted wires or replace the harness. Please contact ****** and let him know what you choose to do.Review from David A

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the ongoing issues regarding the repair work done on my truck at your facility. Despite multiple returns and attempts to address the problems, I am still experiencing significant issues with several crucial components of my vehicle. To provide clarity on the matter, I have encountered persistent problems with the following repairs:Shoes Drums Wheel seals Fuel lines Clutch Each of these components is essential for the safe and efficient operation of my truck. However, the repeated failures and the need for multiple returns to your facility have not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my safety and livelihood. The continued malfunctions have resulted in significant losses for me, both in terms of time and money. The inability to rely on my truck for consistent performance has directly impacted my revenue and has caused undue stress and inconvenience.I understand that no repair process is perfect, but the frequency and severity of these issues are unacceptable.Review from Danny P

Horrible time getting parts from them, nobody answers the phone or emails. Never shipped out parts that were ordered 3 days ago and nobody could find parts ended up with over 8 or 9 points of contact and nothing.Review from Jay C

My truck is with rush truck center in ************, ** off *********. My warranty told me they are the preferred shop. I took my truck there over a week ago for leaking radiator. They found several leaks and wanted to replaced one at a time while charging me for each one. Finally they agreed to lower the price but found another leak that needed a new seal. I ask them why not replace the part thats under warranty but they said no. Today I was told of a sensor issues for another $280 dollars but was told my truck would still run with unplugging the sensor. They then email me and told me I would have to unplug the sensor for my truck to run properly. Why is there a sensor issue that you want me to pay. I came there for a leak not a sensor issue. I will be speaking with my lawyer. I had to call headquarters the first time to get them to do right now this issue. This is ridiculous.Review from Stephanie F

We purchased a 2019 peterbilt 579 from ******** location on 12/08/23 upon driving home 3 hours from purchasing truck. Truck had a coolant leak. Rush truck in ******** said to take it to nearest repair facility. We took it to loves as there was no rush near us. Loves said the lower radiator hose needed to be adjusted. I paid the 171. For them to repair. **** said they would reimburse me. I never received reimbursement for that. Coolant still leaking after that. Had loves attempt to fix again. And it leaked again. Spoke with ****** at Rush he said the lower radiator needs to be replaced. So back to loves they replaced it and **** paid loves directly. After that hose as replaced it continued to leak coolant. Took it to another rush truck center on 1/10/23 after the truck sitting through the holidays and new year. **** replaced the lower radiator hose again, and the coolant leaked again. Upon further investigation they determined the radiator was cracked. Rush truck center sales person ****** told us to use the third party warranty because the manager would no longer help with the repair. Since loves gave a wrong diagnosis. We were told a radiator is **** for oem and **** plus 180 freight fee. And warranty will only cover ****. Of the repair. We took the truck back to the rush that we purchased where they now say the transmission wiring harness and speed sensor and leveling valve and radiator needs replaced. There is a **** estimate and the warranty will only cover **** of this estimate. Spoke with the sales manager and he said they will help with some of it but not all of it. And that the truck came from rush leasing department and because it has been over 30 days they will not help. Spoke with the sales manager again and he said now he needs to contact corporate. I have already contacted corporate rush cares. They are going to be in contact. I have not used this truck more that 3 weeks and I purchased this truck with all these issues. It needs to be repaired.Review from Tee R

On 01/10,2024 unit ********************************************************* ******, ** for lights and sensors going off on the dashboard and for a software update to the system because the transmission was skipping in 7th gear at times. Peterbilt in ****** claimed it did its two hour diagnostics which I was charged and determined it was a loose battery cable. I am not a genius nor a heavy equipment mechanic, but I know ******** when I smell it. I looked at the person and did not say a word but just give me my tractor so I can go. I get 500 miles down the road and the same lights and sensors pops up on the dashboard again. I was do in ************, ** where I dropped a load and rechecked united ***** in to the address above 0n 01/15,2024 in ************, **. It to claimed it did a software update and changed the filters. However, this time when I get the tractor back it has a drag like something is holding it back, steam was coming from the radiator, smoke was coming from some where between the bottom of the engine or transmission and the transmission smelled like it was burning. It did not have those problems before it went in nor did it have those problems any other time before then. I know when I am been taken advantage of. What would you do, what would the people and the public who will see this do? for some reason my attachments is giving me an error. They will not attach. I also did research for an engine air filter that cost me over ****** at Peterbilt that's only ******Review from Alex B

We bought an International Truck and thought it was a safe bet to use Rush to install a new Engine in it. **** charged us 32k for the parts and labor. (Note: We brought the truck in to get looked at 30 days after the install for an oil leak. Shabby work, maybe?) You know this **** engine only went 49k miles before an oil issue resurfaced and **** told us that the only remedy was to buy the exact same engine and have it installed for 49k! I basically cussed them out and told me to give us our truck. They wouldn't release it until we paid for a tow. I'm like, what tow? They said they had to tow it to a place to get it looked at. The tow was around $800. I'm like we paid a $1200 tow to get it to you guys. Now you want me to pay a tow that YOU set up for whatever before you release the truck? Needless to say we had to pay it to get the truck released to us. All in all Rush is trying to get 81k from us. We are NOT happy. We only got 49K miles out of that engine for $32,000....and they are not even trying make any effort to look out for us for their obvious shabby work. The oil leak was present from the beginning of the install to the truck breaking down. For that reason alone we feel like **** should've taken more responsibility than they did. I feel like **** gets City/State money and they don't care about small businesses. I've seen school buses, ambulances, trash trucks, etc. on their property. I feel like they charge what they want and they never get any push back from the city/state. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO RUSH. Poor Mechanic work, no accountability, and they trying to get us for everything we've got. STAY AWAY. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone else because the truck is still inoperable.Rush Enterprises, Inc. Response
