*********************** took delivery of my **** *** x5 on august, 2, 2021. H originally told me it would be $1000 to remove my engine that dropped a rod bearing , so i purchased a used engine for $1600.00 with ******* miles, he promised me it would take about a month i agreed to that. i have all the txt messages of him saying through out coming months my car will be ready this weekend ect.ect.its now april 11th 2022, all his promises are lies he now is in ****** doing a ******* show with a friend of his and wont be back for 4 to 6 months, he is also behind on his rent for his auto shop rent owner has locked my car inside so i cant get my car to take it to another mechanic to have the work done to get my car back on the road. i did get inside to look at my car 3 days ago. my leather light grey in color is stuffed with greasy car parts. i am livid at this point with all that has happened here. so 8 plus months he has had my car, replacement motor is bolted in no electrical, hoses, belts, exhaust are hooked up i cant find my brand new ac compressor any where in his shop or inside my car its gone, he wont answer any of my messages txt phone calls ect.ect.. please help. i do have photos of my vehicle in its present state. the owner of the property wont let me take possesion of my vehicle until ***** tells him i do not owe him any money, in my view i owe him nothing, he has lied to me about everything time after time week after week month after month. and i want to file legal action against him. asap. thank you *********************.
