On August 16,2022 I drove my truck into Barsh Auto because I had engine reduce power light on. **** said he would look at it but it would be a few days before he could get to it because there were several vehicles ahead of mine. The following day he called me with his findings and a quote for repair. I agreed to repair and quote. Aug 23,2022 **** called and said my truck was ready to pick up. I went in and paid $3810.50 and drove truck home. 2 days later the truck started acting up on my way home from work so I drove it back to the shop and had to leave it again. The following day August 26th,2022 **** called and said the truck was ready to pick up that a gasket was missing and had to be installed. Sept 8,2022 I was at work and my truck was hard to get in gear so I called **** and told him what it was doing and left my truck at work **** had a wrecker go pick it up the following day on Sept 9,2022. The next week I called him to see what was going on, **** explained he was short handed that the mechanic that originally worked on truck that did not properly install gasket the first time was no longer working there so he was backed up with vehicles. A few days later I finally got to talk to him again and he said that the tcm module needed replacing but wasn't able to find one at the time. Everytime after that ****'s secretary would say she would have him call back and never did. On November 10, 2022 I called again and a new manager ******** said she didn't know what all had been going on and that a rebuilt tcm module would cost over $2000.00. She said a gmc specialist was coming in the next day and she would have him look at the truck and she would call me back and I haven't heard anything from them as of that day and it's Nov 23,2022 and they still have my vehicle.
