The owners and management of this park are completely negligent and over all disrespectful. They seem to be completely unaware that this park houses over 100 families, and people are constantly treated like they are LESS than HUMAN. Many residents have been extorted and forced into rent-to-own contracts that have been drawn illegally. The ownership of this park has failed to maintain a current standing with licensing through The ***** Department of *****************************- *************************** and have failed to provide the ******************************************************************************** *****. They have also failed at maintaining the the property when it comes to landscaping of grass, trees, and brush that have become liabilities to the safety of their tenants. Among these things, they refuse to communicate with their tenants, through ALL available platforms, and will remove you from the platforms in which you CAN communicate with them. They hang up on people, and continually hand out exccessive fees for things, but cannot answer tenant questions or complete work order request. This is by far the grossest abuse of power that I have ever seen, and the low income families that reside in this park are being taken advantage of. We have a ******** support group over over 80 member who CONSTANTLY run into these issues, with NO resolution, or are threatening with eviction. Something has to be done about the illegal practices of this park, which is managed by OAKWOOD PROPERTIES. We have recently gained the attention of 3 major media outlets, that have resulted in several news articles and on air stories being shared in the local news.
