I am trying to reach this company to talk to them about my wife's policy and have been unable to reach anyone in the U.S. Who owns this company now and manages the policies? I am trying to avoid filing an insurance complaint.Review from TD V

This company is a joke!!! My father took out a policy on me when I was 15 years old. He just recently passed away and it took us over A YEAR to get my mother named as the owner of the policy, since my father was the original owner. I had to fax the ownership change forms 4 times, until they were finally accepted!! They make it impossible to understand the instructions to change ownership. Then after we FINALLY got the owner changed, then and ONLY THEN would they give us any information about the policy!! Now we're in the process of cashing out the policy and they are, AGAIN giving us trouble. They have been hindering every process with bull c*** excuses. To put it simply, THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE CASH VALUE, even though we have been paying the premiums for over 40 YEARS!!! the cash value is way more than the original policy is worth!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT I'M SAYING, DO NOT DO IT.

My father received a letter about a premium being paid by an Automatic Premium Loan Provision due to not receiving a payment by the due date. My father does not have an account with this **********************, yet there is a policy number associated with his name and address. I believe this is a scam, because when I call to speak to a representative, the automated operator ask for his social security number. If an actual live representative from this company can give me an answer, that would be greatly appreciated.Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee Response

I have tried to follow up with this company regarding a proceeds due letter I received from them. I finally found a phone number online, but was disconnected after two attempts to find out if their business (and my letter I received from them) are real. I do not feel confident in sending them the information they are requesting, without even being able to check that this business is legit.Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee Response

I've called every number I can find, it appears they have been bought out by ************** or DBA??? The numbers sit on hold for ***** minutes, then hangs up... As others have stated as well.
