      If I could give a 0 star review I would. ***************** is a horrible excuse for a sales rep. I brought my truck into service Thursday, which that has been a great experience. I had my service rep reach out to sales, he connected with ****. No calls or follow up from ****. Monday, again hadn't heard back so I reached out to my service advisor. **** finally reached out, explained what I would like to accomplish. Tuesday, I finally get some numbers, and ask about a different truck. He sends me a response stating he went as low as he could on the first truck he sent me and completely ignored the fact I wanted to look at something different. After being ignored most of the day, I reached out to sales manager. Shortly after ****, sends me a text to which I politely responded, I feel like we are not connecting well, I'm sorry. He calls me, and goes off on me. Was completely rude and unprofessional. Would not let me explain, he just did not care as to how his actions and initiation led me to wanting to work with someone else. After several times trying to de-escalate the situation, I had to tell him he was out of line. At which point he rudely continued on for a moment and hung up on me. He also informed me he does not have a manager and no one else could get me a better deal than him. The amount of ego that came out of this man because this situation was not working well and I wanted to work with someone else was disgusting. ***************** get's 0 stars. My service advisor and the sales manager who fielded the complaint get 5 stars. Unfortunately, ****'s poor behavior was enough for me to write this 1 star review. Avoid this rude and egotistical salesman.

      I bought a new **** escape about 2 months ago. I traded in a fully paid ********** eclipse cross. They told me my pmt wasnt due till august. I got a statement from **** financing and ace 3 mos of pmts in august. T star **** reported me 30 days past due. Also after about 1 month I got a power train error message. How can a NEW car have a power train issue??? Theyve had it for a week and will be at least 1 more week.

      We purchased our f-250 from 5 star ford. Shortly after we started having isssues with our tailgate just randomly opening. We were told the tailgate opening was recall issue in the past bring it in and they would address it. We brought the vehicle in repeatedly and was told there wasnt an issue. That they put it in the shop and it didnt happen. Well it continued to happen, finally it fell open and damaged our trailer. Then a recall was issued almost a year and a half ago. We are still waiting on the repair. They brought us back in and painted and repairs the tailgate BUT NOT THE ISSUE THAT make the tailgate fall open. I am now again standing in 5 Star Ford waiting to speak to the manager. This is ridiculous!!

      my fiancé bought a f20 2008 super duty about 6 months ago or so after purchasing we went to Kelly blue book to just check out how much it was worth and five star ford in North Richland hills price gouged him by about 16k and now he cant even trade the truck in without losing money because other dealer ships are offering him only 10k for a truck that according to five star ford is still worth 26k

      We traveled in from out of state to purchase a truck. Working with **** was a pleasure. The transaction was a smooth process despite some miscommunications and setbacks. Unfortunately, after returning home we encountered an expensive repair. Even with multiple people out sick, **** was able to work with us to issue a reimbursement for more than half the cost of the repair. We knew we were buying a high mileage vehicle and Five ********* pleasantly helped us cover the cost of an expensive repair. I would definitely recommend them for any transaction, in state or out of state.
