We had gotten a car last June 2023 and when we went to get an oil change was told we needed the pan fixed or replaced so we went here. Over the next 5 months it was constantly in there for over heating. By the week before thanksgiving was told it was good finally only for our daughter to barely get it down the road and it went crazy hot. She pulled over right away. After that they had our car till the 2nd week of June 2024. 7 months for us to get it back. Have had it back approximately 6 weeks and have had to take it back once again. We will see if we get it back right away as we were told. This is a crazy stupid amount of time and every time we went to check we was told oh got wrong part or they sent wrong part or sorry to much other work though ours was there forever. This is not acceptable for a business and if it wasnt that these parts were under warranty and we have already paid for s*** we would not have it there now. Just ridiculous customer care after so long. Couldnt even get owner to acknowledge us but I will say the crew is at least nice and tried to help as much as possible even if owner kept putting our car behind others.
