      I have inaccurate items on my credit report that I disputed and I never got the results within 30 days. According to ****i this account is in violation and reported without valid evidence.COMPLEX COMM **************** $1,377.00 CMPLEXCOMFCU ************** $18,427.00

      This complaint concerns the ccfc union in odessa *****. I spoke with a ****** who stated she was the manager over the credit card department at ccfc union. A dispute was opened with the credit bureau against me.. All of this happened when I went to ccfc union in midland ***** to make my last payment of $14.30 and was told the credit card (that was lost/stolen) was paid up and closed. I have the receipt to prove it with the date stamp. Come to find out in fact that the card was not closed and I was not made aware of what was going on!? I have been a long time customer with the ccfc ********************** and my car is financed with them. I have not been in possession of the ccfc union's credit card in question for a couple of months now. I reported the card lost/stolen a couple of months back with credit union's office at their cs toll free number. The credit account remained opened, even though I was told it was closed when I made the last payment!? Now the ccfc is trying to charge me for a dispute process on the card that that they say **** posted. I have been in contact with **** reps and I have no disputes with them from what I have been told!? No action should have been made against me from ccfc ***** I really don't know what the ccfcu was attempting to do, but they need to make things right.

      ******************* did come by the credit union to pay on her credit card.  We show it to be paid in full and closed at this time.  We believe there was a misunderstanding surrounding the items purchased then returned.  While we do not have verification from the merchant, we understand she placed an order, returned a portion of the order but not the entire order.  She disputed the entire order and we credited her the full amount of the order.  The merchant responded to us stating ******************* did not return the entire order but only a portion of the order.  As a result, they asked that we apply the balance for items not returned to her card.  We did so and attempted to explain this to *******************.  She did not understand and became upset.  She is a long-time member and had closed the card.  We elected to credit the balance on the card and effectively paid it for her to bring her balance to zero.  We have verified the card is indeed closed, with a zero balance and that nothing negative has been reported to the credit reporting agencies.  We are satisfied this has been resolved to the benefit of ******************* and regret we have been unable to help her understand what can be a confusing process.

      I am rejecting this response because:.  ****** the manager of the complex community federal credit union did not address the 2 adj's her office made on my final statement regarding an **** seller refusing to give me a full reund for a damaged item received and returned to her.  ****** needs to take the time to contact and resolve  on her end the adj's charges that she made on my last account statement. I don't believe ****** ever made contact with ****'s offices, regarding this matter even though she siaid she was attempting to do so?   I made many attempts to contact ****** by phone, but received no response back from her?  The **** seller refused to refund the total amount of the item paid for, as it was received damaged and **** stepped in to cover what the seller would not refund.  ****** who is the manager of the credit card **** stated that she was trying to make contact with ****'s offices, but I don't believe she ever did?  I did take the time to contact ****'s home office and they stated that I had no outstanding charges with the **** seller in question regarding the 2 adj's ******** credit card **** was showing on my final statement. What happend was the seller would not refund what she was originally paid to her, she  issued a partial credit amount and **** covered the rest as a courtesy. Everything I have stated in this complaint is the truth
