      This money was paid for a competition my daughter was supposed to attend in ***************. This business charged me for a duo that my daughter was not even in. When we arrived to ******* the business owner let her perform one dance then proceeded to text me to tell me they had removed my child from the roster and she would not perform the other four dances remaining. She also removed my daughter from the dance team and did not refund the remaining dances or the month of July that was paid. I attempted to get a refund and the owner of this business did not provide me the refund.

      We are sorry to hear our service did not meet your expectations. Here at Hip Hop & Lettos we strive to provide the utmost service so that our clients have an enjoyable experience. Therefore, we sincerely apologize if your experience was felt otherwise. Unfortunately, Hip Hop &Lettos has and continues to maintain strict rules for those taking part in our competition traveling team. We strive to maintain transparency in all aspects of the team, and it is of the essence that we honor these rules for every team member and/or client. We truly understand the difficulty of any losses incurred by our clients due to unforeseen circumstances, so we do our very best to give notice to all clients that in any such case there are no refunds, along with the rules and responsibilities expected in joining our traveling comp team. We completely understand joining an elite team requires a lot of time and sacrifices by all parties, and that can become a strenuous demand. However, Hip Hop & Lettos takes pride in our teams hard work and our goal is to continue to give the best to all clients in a professional and fair manner. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication, inconvenience and dissatisfaction you have experienced, we acknowledge your feedback and rest assured that we continue to work on improving every aspect of our business for the better.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Although this circumstance was abrupt to us clients it was not unforeseen to the business. My child was in attendance to all of her practices prior to this competition. My daughter was not present for the practice that took place before her performance in ******* due to her safety. The days prior to competition my daughter was bullied by her peers as well as other parents in this facility. My daughter did not receive all the pieces of clothing to this competition and they blamed my child for it. The owners assistant had another child place the clothing in my childs bag and they still proceeded to blame my daughter. The business owner herself called my child with a group of other girls on FaceTime to blame her and have her look for the piece of clothing per another parent that was present during the call. After this incident I, the parent was also mistreated on the group messages for this incident and the business owner did not comment or address anything as she was in on it. This business prides itself on a no drama facility but the experience was far from that. This business owner also threatened my child daily to remove her from this competition. Two other parents have also came forward on these threats from the business owner to their children. Since my daughter was terminated abruptly it would be logical that this business refund what was paid for and also what was stolen. This business kept Julys fee which my daughter did not attend anymore since she was removed. Again, we were also charged for a duo she was not even in prior to this conflict. I will attach fees that this business charged us, and the actual competition fees per the companys website who hosted this competition as they differ.
