I had tooth extractions on 09/26/2023. ***** is 5/14/2024. They have not file with my insurance company for the extractions. They filed for immediate dentures but not the extractions. There is only a copay for this but all they want is more money this is *********** so n body's partBusiness response

On July 26,2022, I had an appontment to fix a cracked tooth. Upon arrivial, the attendent told me that my fee for the day would be $67 and if I wanted to pay now or later. I said now and preceeded to pay. Upon going to the back to see the dentist, I was taken into a room for exams which were not told to me before hand. The dentist saw me and told me that "yes,that he could fix my tooth" and then mentioned porcelain. I told him maybe but not today. Shortly after, the assistant asked me to go with her to discuss a plan for porcelain. I asked if it could wait and that I just wante to get my tooth fixed today. That lead to a huge discussion about the dentist being to busy to now fix my tooth and me having to come back at a later time. I refused, the dentist came back into the room to let me know that he was to busy to fix my tooth and that he had other emergencies to take care of. This conversation ended with him asking me not to come back there anymore and a letter in the mail stating that I couldn't go to any Aspen Dental establishments. I was also charged again for finally getting my tooth fixed.Business response
