This mobile home lot sold us a sample or model trailer. So that means this home was only supposed to be for walk throughs. Weve had nothing but problems with the home since the day it was delivered and they do nothing to try to make things right until you call a ton of times. Right at this moment we dont have electricity in half of the home and this has happened 3 other times within the 1 yr weve had it. They dont return calls. Ever! The problems occurring with this home has made our electricity **** $500 something a month. The electrical isnt even up to code. An electrician told me this. He did not touch anything he just looked.Business response

I have included the seven completed work orders that we and the factory have done for this customer over the last 18 months. This home was purchased 8-2020 and it has a 1year warranty expiring 8-2021.I was made aware of this electrical problem / heater problem on 3-22-22 and opened a work order and sent out a technician. We were able to fix the electrical problem (Loose wire inside a receptacle box) with no charge to the customer and Style crest found and replaced a damaged control panel in the heater. This cost was absorbed by Big J Homes as a courtesy to the customer. Should you need any additional information plese do not hesitate to call @ ************
