First it took about 45 minutes to check into my motel! Because the manager didnt answer the phone and employee didnt have code to log in! The amount for 4 nights was 191 and some chance plus a 50$ deposite that your suppose to get back when checked out and hasnt happened! But I was charged 3 times here at this motel the first time for 191 which is fine because thats the nights I stayed there. Then 241 the same day I checked in she charged me twice! Nd she said she would take care of it gave her a chance checking out on Sunday I seen I was charged a 3rd time for 241 thats when I tried getting a hold of a manager and theres not one to get a hold of or I was getting the run around about or she will be here later or she will be here In the morning and no contact back from them and I called about 20 times a day and nothing! I have yet to see any kind of refund or contact from this property! And when I had called the employee had lied and said she was the manger just to see what the problem was then said sorry thats not a manager here.Business response

We found the mistake in this guests stay. Upon reviewing the history of these transactions we did make a mistake. I have tried to contact the guest multiple times to give this refund, but we are not able to get ahold of him. Also we went to give him a refund on the card he used at this hotel, but the card keeps saying invalid. I think he may have turned off the card. We will keep contacting him, and hope to have this resolved.
