in February of 2024, I was looking for a 1-ton dually truck. On 2-24-24 the dealership called me and found one and me to come in and sign the paperwork so they could bring it in from another dealership. I went in and they showed me the truck online. They said they would have the truck in on 2-26-23. I found out that they drove the truck 250 miles from another dealership which put more mileage on the truck than what was listed. Also, they made a mistake on the first contract by putting down the wrong finance company for my trade in which they offered $30.000. They had written up a new contract with the correct finance company on it and added an extra $3500 to the price for the payoff. On top of all this, they ran my credit through multiple finance companies including ones that had already denied me for a week and a half after the signed contract which has ruined my credit. I called and talked to the financial manager and all I got was excuses and no help at all about why this was done. this has been a misleading prosses and has ruined my credit with all the unnecessary inquiries that should have had my permission. Why they kept running my credit after the contract was signed is beyond me. This was malpractice on their part.

The deal was originally worked late on Saturday, February 24th. **************** agreed to purchase the vehicle and paperwork was signed. We do apologize if there was a miscommunication about where the vehicle he was purchasing was being sent from, but **************** was fully aware that the vehicle was not at our store or in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, due to the time at which the deal was worked (after 7pm), we were unable to obtain a trade payoff from ******************** lienholder, and instead used the approximate payoff based on ******************** credit bureau. **************** has two vehicles on his credit report with relatively similar payoff amounts, and the incorrect lienholder and payoff amount was used. **************** originally signed paperwork with the incorrect payoff amount, as well as the incorrect lienholder. He did not offer objection to either of those items, as he did not realize the mistake either. In addition, part of the paperwork that was signed was a lien payoff form that states that the buyer is responsible for any differences in payoff. We brought the vehicle from our sister store in ******* the following Monday. While the vehicle was being transferred, we obtained an accurate payoff from the correct lienholder, and unfortunately the payoff was approximately $3500 higher than was originally estimated by ourselves and ****************. When the vehicle arrived, **************** came in to look at the vehicle, and we let him know about the correction that would need to be made to his contract. Had he not agreed to this difference, we would have agreed to tear up the original contract and not gone through with the sale of the vehicle. He agreed, and signed the new documents with the correct payoff amount, and we sent the deal to the bank for funding.

On 3/6 the bank was attempting to finalize the loan, and completed a verification of employment for ****************. At this time the bank found out that **************** was no longer employed at the same job he had when he purchased the vehicle a week prior, and rejected the contract. In order to assist **************** in keeping his new vehicle, we obtained a letter of employment from him. We did have to resubmit **************** with the new job time and income corrections due to his employment change. This would have never been needed had **************** not terminated his employment before his loan had funded.

I put a deposit on 2 vehicles for the company. One was supposed to be here the next day. They gave me a deal for my trade. 3 weeks later the truck comes in with visible rust damage on the hood. Now they want to give me less on my trade because it had been a month since they gave me the last offer. It had only been 3 weeks. Now they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I tried to get in contact with the general manager he's on vacation for 2 weeks and they refused to give me corporates number.

The customer has been refunded. The customer also disputed the charges on their credit card, effectively receiving the refund twice. We are currently rebutting the chargeback to recover our money.

Customer came in 10/26 to purchase a **********************. Salesperson showed them multiple trucks, and decided upon a 2018 **** **150. The customer had the opportunity to test drive and inspect this vehicle before purchasing. He signed on this truck, and took possession of it. Customer returns the next day, insisting that the salesperson had told him that the **150 had a diesel engine (which is impossible, as **** does not offer a diesel option in the **150). The customer did drive a GMC ****** **** with a diesel engine that same day, so there must have been some confusion there. Rather than kicking the customer to the curb, we spent the entire morning showing him trucks again, and allowing him out of his first contract in order to purchase a completely different truck of his choice (2018 GMC ******). We have been nothing but forthright and helpful during his purchase, and he has had the opportunity to drive and inspect every vehicle he has chosen.
