    In Jan. of 2023 my boat was sent to Tarver Performance Marine through another Marine center to have outboard motor work. It was determined by Tarver that all 6 fuel injectors needed to be replaced for a cost of $1,800. After work was complete, the amount was paid for and delivered back to the other Marine center. As of today I still having issues with the outboard and have gotten the outboard Rep involved to help resolve. ******* would like to see the receipt for the 6 new fuel injectors so that it can be confirmed these were replaced with OEM parts and if a receipt cannot be provided than they are wanting me to pay another $1,800 for new injectors. I reached out to Tarver Marine on Monday (10/16) and talked with the owner on what I needed and they could supply. I called back hours later on Monday to check the status of my request and talked to the owners wife and she explained to me this was the first she heard about my issue and would email the receipt over. I call back again at the end of the day Monday to see if we have gotten email addresses mixed up and she told me she has not looked into it yet. On Tuesday (10/17) I call in the afternoon and she tells me there is a problem because the other Marine paid with a hot check and having to deal with that issue it has my files spread all over the place. I called back twice on Wednesday (10/18) late in the afternoon and also Thursday (10/19) late in the afternoon with no answer. I called Friday morning (10/20) and talked to another lady and she was going to relay my message and they would reach out to me, never got a call. I have not reached out to Tarver this whole week until today Thursday (10/26), I wanted to give them one more chance before filing this complaint, I called early afternoon and put on hold for over 5 min. and then they hung up. It is hard for me to believe a hot check has anything to do with providing a receipt, I'm not going to pay $1,800 twice for the same device within one year.
