On February, 2023 I called this insurance company to get a quote on new car insurance she REFUSED to give us the state minimum of 30/60/25 coverage and then had a very bad attitude and told my husband that he was stupid and it only cost $60 more to get that. Then on July, 2023 I had called again to renew our home insurance. She gave me a quote and I told her I was still shopping around I would call her back and let her know. On August 2023, I called to let her know that we were not going to be going with her quote we chose someone else. She then proceeded to tell me she already sent the quote and bill to my mortgage company WITHOUT me signing anything. I have it all in email. This place is a joke. Her attitude is horrible and all the cares about is getting her money!!!Business response

***** dealt with the auto quote requested and stated that we do not like to write the state minimum liability limits, because we do not feel like it is adequate coverage. She did not call anyone stupid. She simply stated that its only $60 more for 6 months for better coverage. In regard to the mobile home quote. The company that she was with, Tower Hill was non-renewing her on August 25,2023. I quoted her home, sent it to her email and called to let her know that I had sent it. She is escrow bill therefore we need to place coverage in time to send the invoice and get the policy paid I followed up with calls to see if she wanted to go with the policy, I quoted her. She stated she did. I informed her that I would send her the application in her email via docusign for her to please sign and return. Over the next couple weeks I reached out to her a few more times, leaving messages with no return calls. I also emailed her, and got response with questions about the policy which I answered. I even offer her to send the application in her mail if it would be easier. At no time during my repeated attempts to get this app signed did she tell us that she was thinking about going somewhere else. Then out of the blue she called and said that she didn't ***** the policy and was going somewhere else. It caught us off guard. I breifly thought that I had already issued the policy. ***** was in my office and took the call dBusiness response

***** took the call and stated that the policy was already issued and that we would need an email stating she wanted to cancel the policy. After getting off the phone I pulled up the quote and realized that the policy was never issued, I had been waiting for her signature. I immediately emailed her stating that I was sorry for the confusion, the policy was never issued. Minutes later we receive a call that she was on ******** talking bad about our business. At that point I emailed her nicely asking her to consider removing the post. Later that day her husband made a bad review on ******* We dont want any trouble and tried our best to resolve this issue. I was simply trying to get her a replacement policy for the one she currently had that was non-renewing. This couldve been avoided if she had told me that she was shopping her insurance and wasnt sure if she wanted the policy, I offered her. She stated that they wanted the policy is the reason that I continued to follow up. As an agency we do our job professionally and accurately. This was a simple misunderstanding that shouldnt have escalated.
