I bought a pair of glasses that were the wrong size for my face. The frames were replaced with a frame I did not want, and the lenses were shaved down in store. This made the entire frame lopsided. Also, the warranty covered coating scratched twice, both times I had to wait 4 weeks for the new lens to come in. I finally had enough of the poor service, and returned the glasses. My insurance even covered $100 credit toward frames and/or lenses. I am seeking full refundBusiness response

I *** *******, is the new owner of The Eye Place as of December 31, 2021. ****** ******* sold me the business.
I never received any money from J******** ********* ****** ******* did.
Attached is the first letter she wrote to ******, explaining what she paid, how she paid and what ****** owed her. Also attached is the cleared check for the amount of $80.00 check # 17848 written on July 1, 2021, as you can see, the requested amount was is***d to her. I tried to explain to **** ******** ****** no longer owned the business and that I purchased it 12-31-2021.
She is the one who chose to drive to Orange.
The reason her lens scratched because she placed them on the outside of her purse, not in a case to protect the lens (we gave her a case at the time she picked up her glasses) Even after the lens were
remade at no charge to her, we remade them for her as a courtesy to her.

I am rejecting this response because: As previously stated, the refund covered only one pair of frames that were not used. I am still owed 170$ . The cost of the AR coating rx lenses , as well as the sunglasses lenses that were returned on 12/16/2021. Furthermore, as previously stated this amount does not include the 100 allowance from insurance toward the purchase.

In response to the last complaint from ******** ********.
I *** ******* have a lease purchase agreement therefore I do not own the labilities of The Eye Place.
******** ********'s insurance benefits have been reinstated for the purchase of glasses to Envolve Community Health Choices TX.
Attached is a handwritten letter from ******* ******** showing charges of glasses. She requested a payment of $80.00 be refunded to her.
A check for $80.00 was written to her on July 1, 2021, check number 017848 written and signed by ****** ******* She (******** ********) cashed the check.
This started before I began the lease program to The Eye Place.
