Worst company ever. I had the guy come out to replace the condenser fan motor. Due to the crappy wiring job the wires got caught on the fan blades ripping the wires and ultimately the terminal off of the compressor. When i called the kid come back he said my ac is shot and that I now need to buy a **** dollar ac unit from them. He won't give me my money back minus the part.Needless to say I now have to buy an ac for **** but it's not from them. Please do not use this company unless you like your ac messed up.

The worst air conditioning company I've ever dealt with. The owner employees technicians that do not know what they are doing. Apparently his strategy is to always bid low on a job in order to attract business and then provide shotty work to the customer. I can't believe there aren't more complaints about this company on this website. I'm assuming that's because most people do not use them to begin with. Steer clear of this business and good luck getting in contact with the owner and actually having him follow through on remedying issues and deficiencies after the original job is done.

BDS Air has horrible customer service. I had to use BDS since the place I bought my home through (******** in *****) contracts BDS to install their ac units. The owner of BDS will not answer his phone. ******** Mobile homes in ***** even told me that the owner of BDS will not answer his phone because he doesn't like to talk on the phone. I have texted the owner several times and no response. The following is a record of the troubles and times I have reached out to BDS air: • Sept 30, 2021 – Ac freezing up. He came out and looked at the unit. Said he would be back to replace the coils and the blower motor. • Oct 7, 2021 – Called to find out what was going on due to no contact since 9-30-21 • Oct 7, 2021 – Called ******* to get help making contact, and finding out what’s going on. • Oct 8, 2021 – I get a text stating he is on his way to repair the ac. He comes out and replaces the coils, NOT THE BLOWER • Oct 15, 2021 – I reached out to report that the ac is freezing up again. He stated that he would call me but never did. I reached out again that afternoon asking if someone was coming by, but no reply. • Oct 18, 2021 - I reached out asking if someone planned on coming by today. No reply • Oct 19, 2021 – I reached out again and made contact. He comes out and replaces the dryer • Nov 6, 2021 – I reported that the ac was not working and that unit was making noise. No reply • Nov 16, 2021 – Ac is still not working and I am trying to make contact. I have called and texted BDS, and I have reached out to Wright's to see if they could make contact. Still no contact.
