      REFUND SINCE THE SELLER NEVER DELIVERY THE ITEM. I contact Mr. Wilson S********( Jet Components ) by email to buy a aircraft windshield ********************************* in 06/29/2022 he reply my email saying a windshield was available for $9,750.00and he provide picture by email. He agreed to pay for shipping to the inspection shop for $250 and he ask me Total $9,750.00. I decide to buy the windshield and he send me a invoice in 29/ June /2022 . I paid it in full via wire transfer WT *************; Invoice No. *****. As agree that part needed to be sent the same day to R&C Aviation for inspection wire to his account Bank of America, Desoto, TX account *********** in June 29 2022 full amount and I provide to him wire transfer receipt. He reply by email wire transfer receive and next email he will be sending tracking number. I ask on July 5th by phone again for tracking number and he say by email windshield was send already to the inspection shop. I contact by phone several times and he say he will be in touch with FEDEX company and get back to me. I contact him by email by asking for my windshield and he said the windshield was damaged by FEDEX company and he was agreed to send my money back. I ask to refund my money since was no delivery and he refund just $5,000 in July 19 2022 and he say he was going to refund the balance in the next day or so. Until today there is no refund and he don't reply to my phone call, just emails with some excuses like this I bought the windshield to sell to you, the windshield was damaged, so I paid you a partial refund of 5000 and I am waiting for my supplier to refund the rest. I hope BBB can help. Looks like its a common practice and modus operandi from Jet Components this type of business since I see other complaints at BBB website Desired Outcome Just want my money back $ 4,750. Jet Components and Wilson S******** need to stop doing this practices.

This is mot a common practice as the gentleman states. We will have this resolved within a week or so. Hello, Mr. Wilson owner of Jet Components has being laying to me for more than a month, yesterday he contacted to me and he said that, her is the message he sent to me. Well, A complaint at the BBB won't get you the money any faster. As I have stated this in not common practice and I will get it paid of soon. Sorry for making trouble for you.
