I renewed my service contract with **************** on May 19 of this year for $299.99 for three years. Today I tried to contact them at their toll free number xxx-xxx-xxxx but the phone has been disconnected. I tried calling the home office number of xxx-xxx-xxxx but it also is disconnected. I tried calling the other listed number at xxx-xxx-xxxx but it is also not in service at this time. It appears that there is a scam of some sort.

Norton Referred us to this company when we had problems. They fixed the problem, then signed us up for a successful 5 year Norton Security agreement. However, I have tried to contact them several times because our Norton Security is about to end. One time I waited 2 hours for help on hold. Two other times I spoke with someone who took my number and said they would return my call. They never returned my call. I'm frustrated and angry. I can no longer recommend them to others.
