I walked into this Koi Nail Spa for a fill on my nails which was my natural nails. The Male employee that was sitting in the first station on left was extremely unprofessional. He literally messed up my natural nail. I asked him very nicely if he could correct what he messed up and he told me in his exact words FIX IT YOURSELF he had already took my nail polish off that I came into the nail salon with, but refused to correct the issue and told me That No one was gonna correct it. I have spent months on getting my natural nails to look they way they did when I walked into the Salon and looking before I walked into the nail salon. The employees in that place are extremely unprofessional. He immediately got an attitude when I asked him to correct the issue . He called me names which was very unnecessary. I would like an apology from this company. They need to know this type of customer service is not acceptable.Please look into this issue for me.From a very unhappy no longer a customer.Business response

Her nail was growing uneven, our nail tech already did a fill on her nail, he didnt cut or do anything on the tip of her nail, he fix a few of her nail but she still not happy and keep trying to tell him to fix it. We couldnt solve her problems so we let her go without charging for a refill.
