My truck has been in their shop since August 1st 2021 and I have not been getting the truth about why my truck is done I finally talked to the service manager and he kept saying it was a parts issue. But the first week I was told they ordered a transmission then the second week came and I was told they were waiting on Chrysler to tell them what to do about the transmission the 3rd week the same story 4th week Chrysler approved and parts were ordered and it would be done that Friday 5th week it would be done Friday because not all the parts came in,6th week was told again it would be done Friday, I called that Friday and it turned into now Tuesday and called then and now it's possible Wednesday or Thursday. The whole 7 weeks the truck has been there they have only called me 3 times about it and 2 of the times is because where I bought the truck they told them to call me. I have not been getting the truth about it and keep getting the run aroundBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/09/24) */ We have MR. ******** vehicle for repairs and it did take Chrysler a week and a half to get back with us on weather the component would be repaired or replaced. One the decision was made by Chrysler to repair the unit we had to order the parts and they took longer to deliver than we expected. Once they arrived we installed the parts and found we had a gasket leaking and order another one that showed in Dallas depot warehouse and should have received it the next day and instead took a week to arrive. We did drop the ball with communication and that is on us. However we can not control parts deliveries or availability as this is an issue with every manufacturer at this time. We want every vehicle repaired as quickly as possible as we do not receive payment until the vehicles are repaired.
