I contacted CJ enterprises septic and ****** systems to install a new system for our new home were building. I went over where I wanted tanks and sprinklers installed. I was told, due to property lay out, they could not install the system in the preferred area, So we listened to what we thought was professionals, agreed to the $7,650.00 and changed our home design to accommodate what we was told was the only way it would work. Whitch added to material cost. And brought total to $7850.00. When they started installing sprinklers, they were 15 ft from the house being built. Once I noticed, I stopped the installer. He measured out property again with my survey in hand (same survey they had from me originally) and turned out they read the survey wrong and the entire system could have been installed exactly how I wanted it. With sprinklers in front corner of property away from house. Except for the tanks that were already in the ground. Not only did I pay them extra for materials, because they installed the tanks on opposite side of Home, it cost us out of Pocket over $1,000 in materials for electrical and plumbing, on top of changing our home design. If they would of read the survey correctly the first time, this could of all been avoided. When they were what they called complete and finished I noticed several issues with there electrical connections, and plumbing not up to national electric code. Electrical wires taped up hanging inside tanks. Conduit not sealed, bare exposed wiring, dirt piled ** In several spots, 5 tree roots that were broken through to run sprinklers in yard left Sticking out Of Ground. That my husband tripped and fell on. Not Up to par. Far from quality work. And did not clean up their mess as agreed. The most important thing to us, as we were told, the system cannot be installed where we wanted it. Then come to find out because they read the survey wrong that it couldve been installed where it would not have changed up our home designBusiness response

As always, the Aerobic System installation for this property owner was of the highest quality and done with great attention to detail. We strive to meet each individual owner's specific needs within the Guidelines set forth by the State and Local Regulations. Unfortunately sometimes the owner's desires are not feasible. In this case, the original location requested for setting the Treatment Plant (tanks) was not accessible, so an alternative was recommended and agreed upon by all parties. The design was then processed by a Registered Sanitarian, a copy given to the owner and accepted. The Job Contract was then signed to include additional materials and labor needed over and above our Base Price. The Permit was obtained and work scheduled.
The signed contract clearly states that we are not responsible for damage to trees or landscaping during excavation. No mess was left at the *******.
Once the installation was complete, it was inspected by the County TCEQ Designated Representative and Approved. The owner's family representative then expressed concerns, each of which was addressed. Before leaving they shook hands in agreement that the job was indeed complete to his satisfaction.
