      On 5/07/23 Sat Phat Sounds Installed wheel lights on my Dodge Ram at 9:00 AM which the owner says it's a 4 hr job end up being 12:48 AM when he finished for the amount of $250 upon getting my vehicle the owner explained to me that my to front wheel lights are grinding on my brake dust Cover he wanted me to drive it still saying grinding will stop as I drive on 05/09/23 Mon I took my car back he told me to bring it back Fri 05/13/23 he was working on a job that he couldn't get to it so on Fri 05/13/23 I bring vehicle back he attempted to fix issue but was unsuccessful he experimented only on the left driver wheel by taking shortcuts tying a string to hold in place didn't touch other side so he wanted me to drive it for 2wks on a experiment he did but issue still not resolved I bring back in 2wks he claims his Father was sick at this point I'm still showing patient at times he kept putting me off so on 06/13/23 my wife brings vehicle 10 AM appt he claims he couldn't get lug nuts off he sends her all the way to ********** to ** Tire they put new lug nuts on she drove back to Phat Sounds and he claims he still can't get them off at this point I'm getting upset I'm thinking he is not trying to solve my problem to sum up the issue I took my car to my mechanic he fixed it with no issue so I had to pay even more expenses for his unprofessional business I have receipts for the job my mechanic performed I tried texting him to see if we can resolve issue but no response so I had to take action

      ok we will start off at when he arrived for install i said it would take 4 hrs. i had just open my doors to my place of business. so ill give him that i miss judge and took on more work then i could handle in one day. as to it taking till 12:45 it did. and all along while he did nothing but complain and talk rude to me. after i told him i would have it done that night. he choose to stay in my parking lot waiting. after i inform him early that day that i would call him 30 min before Finnish the job. i had a customer that was tired of his disrespect and unappreciative attitude. made a point to go out in buy me food and give it to me in front of him. to show him he should be appreciative i stayed that late. iv work at plenty of shops and if it had been any other shop once it was closing time there vehicle would have stayed there till the following day. customer mad or not. then when he brought it back yes i was busy. with other customers. that i had scheduled. so i cant stop and drop a install for someone that just shows up wanting it fix at that moment. the job was completed and the issue did not prevent the vehicle from operating. so i made him a appointment. so when he showed up. i fix it to where it was not grinding i informed the customer. that if it happens again with two weeks i will need to remove wheels and rotate them. he called a week later saying its still doing it and i said ok. made him a appointment. and due to missing the appointment was not for the reason of my father being sick. it was for my father dieing unexpected. so yes i was out the shop for a few weeks because i was close to him and i went through a mental issue with suicide thoughts. so there you go well after returning back to work. i had a 10k build i had a dead line on. so i told him to come this last Sunday. cause the dead line was sat day on the build well i work all thursday night all Friday  no sleep. slept in my car for 5 hrs Friday night and went back to work didn't Finnish the vehicle till 12:50 sat night Sunday morning soon i got home i crashed and didn't wake up till Sunday evening. yes i feel bad for missing that appointment but i was dead beat wore out. then Tuesday i had him come and i could not remove lug nuts and had to send his wife to go have new lugs installed due to have rusted lug nut and studs. i also had 2 other appointments that day and when returning having the lug nuts replace he basically demand me to stop doing that job and work on his truck. and im sorry i learn how to schedule my days and no one walking into my shop demanding anything. then after being able to get back on his truck every lug nut came off besides one on each wheel. i even broke 2 tools trying to get it off. he was un patient and didnt want to wait for me to fingure a way to remove it. it was hi decision to take it to someone else. i already installed them for 250 when the job should have been ******* 450 gave him a switch and wire fore his light kit because new one did not supply it that was 45 out of pokect then paid for labor and new lug nutz for him witch was another 40 . that mean i ended up making 165 on a 450 dollar job im not paying for anything when it was his decision to take it to someone else. he been rude and inpatient since day one when he dont get it his way then haves the nearve to leave a bad reveiw and write bbb he def not geting anything else from me. and have the nearve to say i mad a excuse about my dad no im not doing anything for this customer next step he can take me to court idc but he will not get a ***** out of me

      Yes I totally disagree with this statement I heard of his business through ******** on May 4th of 2023 I called him for his Services about the lights I asked him his price he said $250 so I made an appointment now in his statement he said it was a $450 job if that is his price he can give me that option to decline or let him do the job that's a mistake on his behalf also in his statement he said I was rude I didn't use profanity I didn't disrespect him or act unruly in any fashion but I had a dejected body language and tone from the time wasted dealing with him to be honest he didn't initially do the job he had someone else do it so at that point I feel like he didn't know what he was doing while he was having a hard time also in his statement he said that he had a death in the family he did not inform me of that situation and to run a business you have to have sufficient amount of workers to get the job done for you he was taking on too much responsibility on himself so as a customer I was the one that was getting penalized for his lack of workers and communication and unprofessionalism I have no problem of paying a business for a job they perform for me if it's performed right and in this case the business and job wasn't performed to my liking so I want to come to a common ground on a resolution if not I would take further action in this matter
