  In January of 2023. , I began making payments on a sleep apnea machine that I obtained through ********** medical insurance and I attended an orientation class at Healthline medical equipment building. I was informed that the payments were the deductible that I had to pay, and that the payments would include rent to own fees. I paid a total of $476. My final payment was made in March. I was informed that I didn't need to make payments on anything else. In April I received a text that said that my invoice was available online and an online address was given. I called Healthline and I was told that the invoice was a list of the payments I had recently made. When I clicked on the website..I received an immediate response that said.."Thank you for your payment of $14.99". This amount was taken out of my account without my approval. For 2 weeks I contacted healthline and spoke to employees. I was told that this payment was for rental fees or a rent to own basis. I told them that I was never informed of any of this when I first started making payments. I was finally connected to a head supervisor who refunded my money back to my account with an apology. 3 days later I began receiving continuous phone calls and mail statements demanding the $14.99 be paid back..saying that I have an outstanding balance. They have increased the amount and still make continuous harassing phone calls on a daily basis. I owe nothing to healthline but they continue to call constantly.
