              This insurer is attempting to charge me 3 dollars per month for not having insurance after my retirement, when all evidence has been provided and accepted by ******** that I was covered under my wife's health insurance plan.

              I signed up with Optimum Healthcare June 25th and I have nothing but headaches with them. They're denying me my food allowance which was for $175 monthly I never received a food card. I have called them at least eight times, and ask for another card they send me out duplicate membership cards no food cards now. Every time I contact him they tell me it's on its way and he said another one now I'm going over a month and I'm going into next month and I still don't have a food voucher I think this health care company should be investigated for fraud.
