I purchased a puppy from this business and the puppy had a head tilt. The associate said aww shes even developed a cute head tilt. I let my niece groom the dog and immediately she asked me why the puppy has a head tilt. Shes a pro groomer. Then I took her to obedience school and immediately the trainer asked about the head tilt. I took her to the vet on Friday, 7/21/2023 and immediately the vet asked about the head tilt. Its a serious issue. Could be neurological. The vet examined the puppys ears and the puppy has ear mites in both ears and a yeast infection in one ear. The vet is hoping this is what is causing the head tilt. This is my sons first dog and Im terrified that there could be something seriously wrong with the dog. I also paid $3800 for the dog. This is unacceptable and the establishment needs to be investigated

I bought a puppy from the Arlington location in May 2022, I discovered he had a heart murmur in April 2023. I contacted Puppy Dream since the puppy was still under warranty. Its July and they still havent done anything to compensate. I filed a claim with the warranty and was told it could take up to 90 days to receive payment for an echocardiogram the puppy had to have to confirm the heart murmur. I have contacted this place several times and was only able to speak to the manager about three times. The other times I am told the manager was not there, and they will give her my information to call me back. The few times I have spoken with the manager, she says that she never had this situation happen before and dont know what to do. She states that she will speak to someone higher up; however nothing has been done. This dog may require yearly echocardiogram. If his murmur gets worse, he may need medication for the rest of his life. I feel that Puppy Dream should reduce the price of this dog due to the fact that the dog is not able to be mated, the life expectancy is reduced, and if I want to get him neutered, I have to pay over $300 because places like *************** for Animals will not perform the procedure due to the dog having a heart murmur.

Purchased: 5/30/2023 Purchased puppy for $1,500 at "Puppy Dream" in *******, ** Requesting payment for puppy registration and third party training sessions, and nail trims. The business has not complied with their contract which included and required their participation to give puppy training, nail trims, and provide proper paperwork for registration. It has been a month and both ******* and ***** (District Manager and Store Manager) have been unresponsive or given empty promises on fulfilling any side of their contract. These things are essential to a puppy's upbringing and have been promised, contracted and not provided. I request money to train puppy through a 3rd party, get proper nail trims (at least first 2), and the proper registration paperwork so I can pursue other titles for the dog in the future. Lastly, the puppy had health issues in his first week of ownership which required very expensive Vet bills and no communication from anyone after contacting their stores relentlessly asking for answers and fulfillment of the contracted purchase. The health conditions were not disclosed at point of sale or any time to date but were recognized on file by the store manager (*****) who was also the person who sold the puppy to me. The veterinarian who reviewed the health report and gave the health check informed me and showed me the health conditions on file as well as diagnosed additional infections during check up.

I purchased a morkie puppy on 2/6/23. The puppy was sick, so I made an appointment for her on 2/9/23. The puppy was hacking, coughing and sneezing. The morning of 2/9/23 she threw up a lot of clear thick mucus which had blood in it. I took her to the vet and was told that she had a raspatory infection. I paid ******* for this puppy as well as the visit to the vet, I refused to pay for anything else. I took her back to Puppy Dreams and they did not want to take her back. I asked them why do I have to continue to spend money, time and take care of a sick puppy? I don`t have it to give. I was told that their was nothing they could do because I did`nt purchase their pet insurance, WHAT? The puppy was also untrainable because she wasn't kept in a crate and she would not stop barking when I put her in one. I`ve been calling them but no one calls be back, I was even hung up on. I can`t get my money back but she is for sale again on their website. If I can`t get my money back then technically I am still the owner, so how can they sell my dog? I truly believe that this is some kind of scam. There is no way to get in touch with their corporate office and the owner ************************* has a phone# listed that is no longer in service. All phone#`s lead back to the pet stores. They are very rude and argumentative. I spent ****** at Petsmart and ***** at the Vet, I'm not asking for that back. This has been a frustrating nightmare. I`m a senior citizen and I don't have the energy for this foolishness
