My wife *********************** wrecked her car on her way home from work and had it towed by ******** towing located in Paris ** on 10/5/23 and later was towed to Lone Star Collision Center to be fixed. After a month of having the car fixed Lone Star Collision Center claimed that the car was completed and was ready for pick up. Once the car was picked up and was told that we should have no problems with the car we paid our deductible of $400 to take possession of the car we noticed that the car started making an unknown noise that had never been making before the repair and started to smoke a little bit more the more drove it once we got it home we noticed that it had a the car was almost empty of antifreeze and leaking somewhere by the water pump. We called an employee that worked at Lone Star Collision Center and was told that they will make it right and fix the car. Once the car was towed back to Lone Star Collision Center we were informed that the water pump has went out and will not be replaced due do it being a wear and tear situation. After Lone Star Collision made their first inspection they sent the car off to the Chevrolet dealership to get a diagnosis on the car to confirm the condition of the car. On 12/22/23 we paid Lone Star Collision Center an additional $95 for the initial tow after being told they will make it right and an additional $168 to the Chevrolet dealership for a diagnostic inspection fee
