  Company was hired to install a french drain dug and buried the pipe 4ft on neighbors yard without permission to do so tore up my sprinkler system did not repair tore up gate to brand new fence left huge holes and rocks all over areas that should not have been paid 3K up front with remainder due upon completion owner stated he was finished I called him back out to show him what I expected to be fixed based on him telling me what he would do he did not finish demanded the rest of his money as he said he was finished I paid the remaining funds as he promised me he'd fix the issue he came back out to lay sod @ another 1,300$ did not level the ground prep the ground for sod moved a few rocks threw sod on top of the rest of the rocks he was supposed to remove he did not threw sod on top of concrete pavers did not lay sod in areas he was supposed to left gaps in the sod area tore up neighbors driveway by driving heavy equipment over it I called him back out he was unwilling to fix anything he told me he'd fix was unwilling to discuss the issue with me walked of my property with his equipment and has not returned to fix anything will not talk to be referred me to his lawyer accused me of staging photos to make him look bad I absolutely did not stage anything I'm a disabled widowed senior citizen he took advantage of total cost is over 7,300 I now have to pay someone to fix it right after paying him to do the job owners wife publicly accused me on social media of staging the photos I've been blocked from reaching out to him to make it right I ask for a refund as he did not complete the job he was hired to do left trash all over my patio left concrete on landscape lighting was rude disrespectful and argumentative when he was ask to complete the job or return my money he's hiding behind his lawyer I have made multiple attempts to reach out to resolve the issue without success attached is the photos taken immediately after he claimed he was finished I just want my money back

  Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/17) */ Our firm has been contacted by Whitney F*****, Owner of Frontier Forestry, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as our "Client"), to collect the balance due for the certain Tree & Land services rendered on the property owned by you (a copy of which is attached). As of May 26, 2022 the balance on this account was $689.24. Previous attempts to collect such debt has been unsuccessfully made by my client. Demand is once again being made for payment of the debt owned to my client. Because of the necessity of retaining this firm to collect this debt, payment in the additional amount of $250.00 as attorney's fees must also be tendered along with the amount set out in the above paragraph. Direct your payment to this office. Please be advised that this claim is being presented pursuant to Section 38.001 of Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. You must deal with this situation now. I have been instructed to make only one demand for this payment. If your payment is not received within 30 days of this letter, I will recommend to my client that suit be filed and that additional attorney's fees and court costs, in addition to the debt, be recovered from you. Also, at it's election, my clients may place an Affidavit for Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien against your property. I trust, however, that this will not be necessary. Further, you have been spreading false information as it relates to the work provided by my client. I have reviewed numerous before and after pictures of your property. The description you are giving is completely false and may cause damage to my clients business. We make demand that you refrain from spreading any false information about my clients business and/or work moving forward. Failure you to do so will leave my clients no choice but to file suit and recover damages for such actions.
