    We purchased a Worldlawn lawn mower from 82 Lawn and Equipment 2 years ago. It came with a 3 year warranty. Early June of this year (XXXX) the engine locked up so I returned it to them. It took them several weeks to figure out what the problem was. They told me that the engine was bad and that it needed to be replaced. They said based on what they saw the damaged was caused by mechanical failure so there shouldn't be a problem getting it covered by warranty. I was told that they took pictures and sent them to Kawasaki and was waiting for them to send the new engine. I've been checking with them every two weeks since and they keep giving me the same story. I've asked for a loaner mower on several occasions and have always been told they don't have one. This lawn mower was used in our small family side business. We have several customers that rely on us to keep their lawns cut. I went in the store on a Friday (8/19/22) and they tried calling Kawasaki. They said that they closed early on Fridays and that they would call back Monday morning. I asked them to give me a call or a text just to keep me in the loop. It's been another two weeks and I haven't heard a word from them. I've been without a lawn mower for the entire summer. I've had to pay my neighbor to allow us to use his. It also concerns me that this is the last year for my warranty and I haven't been able to use the mower all summer. If I ever get it back the warranty will be expired so future issues will not be covered. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
