            Contractor has not completed the job hired for...has left my house a mess and thick dust from sheetrock is everywhere. I was not aware my personal belongings (office printers and office furniture) needed to be covered. He has torn off some of the exterior siding outside and not replaced it. For the past 7 days he has said he is coming with the materials and has not shown up. Was supposed to come yesterday at 8am...no show. I took off from work to meet this appointment. start date 11/18/2023 he said two weeks in 9 days it will be a month. refund required: $3000 (Joel Jose Serna did not complete the flooring and exterior siding, his Ph: *** *** ****) The address he gave does not appear to be correct His Truck Tags are *** ****...this person needs to be stopped cause what ive found out he has done this before to other home owners countless times.

            This company owner. Asked me for $15,000 US for a remodeling project at a house in Galena Park Tx, to lease it and obtain returns becoming a third-party owner; The respective contract was made and the profits were supposed to be distributed on Dec 31 / 2022. To date, nothing has been distributed and since then, they have blocked my phone, text messages, and WhatsApp I contacted the other partner, and he told me that he never saw the contract or signed anything, but the contract came from his email with a DocuSign, therefore, it looks like this could be a fraus or scam that they can do to other's to scam them out of their money. I have proof of all of the above, They told me that he had more investors. I alert everyone who is doing business with them because to alert others. I have contacted the authorities and made my statement. This is an ongoing investigation and in due time he will pay for all his actions. Please be cautious when dealing with this company and its owners. Thank you for taking the time to read this warning.
