    Due to my warranty I did not have an option to take it anywhere else. For a first repair in May 2023, they kept my truck at their location for 4 months. After the second repair, everything seemed fixed and all payments were paid in full. When I took it back in for the third time, I was told by Daniel (shop owner) that it would be completely covered by warranty. However, he added $1400 of fees they had “forgotten” to add on the original receipt from May without calling me and telling me beforehand. Not a trustworthy person who takes advantage of disabled people. I will be filing in small claim court.

    Mr. ********, Regarding us having the truck here for 4 months, you are correct; however, what you are failing to disclose is that the reason for that was out of our hands. You wanted and aftermarket performance transmission which has to be ordered and all of the manufactures have lead times and we have no control over that. You did bring it back a second time due to an oversight from one of our techs and we got that fixed. The third time you brought it back was due to a faulty OEM transmission line that started leaking. This part was warrantied and was at no cost to you. The dealership requested information on the part we purchased from them in order to warranty it, when we pulled up your original invoice to provide them with the information which is when we found that the labor for the original work was never included in the original invoice due to a clerical error. Your last claim regarding us adding fees without informing you is being detailed in a misleading manner. I did call to inform you of the matter and to express my apologies for the oversight. I explained it as best I could; however, you sated that you did not want to pay the labor charge for the original work we did for you. Ultimately, I stated that the truck was ready for pick up as we had finished installing the warrantied part; however, that I could not release the truck until payment for the original work was paid in full. Again, you have a complete itemized invoice that reflects all cost of parts but no labor.
