After arriving, I waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. Eventually, a staff member named Lauria made an announcement, but by that time, my frustration had already set in due to the prolonged wait and lack of attention. As a loyal customer of James Avery Jewelry, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the typically excellent service. However, this recent experience was disappointing and did not meet the standard I have come to expect from your brand. I hope you can address this issue with the store's staff to ensure that other customers do not have to face similar inconveniences in the future.
