            I have being doing business with this auction location for a while. I had issues with missing items but always got a refund. Well haven’t received a refund from my last item that I left at their location with Adela 3 weeks ago. Ever since they switch to the new site it has been nothing but issues. They charge 15% premium fee plus $3 per item. On the agreement they state it will be $3 per lot which is a lie they are charging $3 extra per item. I sent them an email yesterday inquiring why they charge me $30 extra for lot fee and they never replied back, but they did suspended my account. They make a mistake and they don’t correct it instead they suspend your account. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I am including photo that I sent to them of the fees I was charge. And because I question this my account was suspended.

            Dear Edith, Thank you for your email. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be processed. We always have an attendant available who can provide proof of refund or assist with any issues regarding refund processing. We appreciate the feedback on our new site. While many customers have expressed positive sentiments, we regret to hear that your experience has not been satisfactory. We strive to improve daily and hope our efforts are evident to our customers. Regarding the fee structure, our agreement clearly states a 15% buyer's premium and a $3 lot fee. According to the definition, a "lot" is a single item or a group of items sold together as a unit in an auction. Each item, unless explicitly stated as part of a bundle, is considered an individual lot and incurs a $3 fee. Your account suspension was not due to your inquiry about the lot fee but because of an unpaid invoice. Once the invoice was settled, your account was reinstated. We also responded to your inquiry with an explanation of the lot fee charge and addressed your questions. We hope this clarifies the situation.
