      The transaction took place on the 19th day of December 2022, and the vehicle involved is Toyota rav4 2016. I was seriously in need of a vehicle not knowing the vehicle has catalyst converter problem, tire sensor monitors not present and the trunk not opening and the sound system not working, and i paid a down payment of $2000 and they deferred $1000 with the Title making it $4500 according to their calculation of which I don't really understand. of which I'm to make 6 first payment of $440 biweekly which was too stressful for me and after the 6 installments I will start paying $340 biweekly, of which the total financed amount of the vehicle is $31,132.96, with 137,396 odometer, on my way taking the vehicle home the check engine light and the tire monitor sensor light came up on, before calling them the next day i had gone to ******** to run diagnostic test on the vehicle proofing the catalyst converter needs to be replaced(with document attached) they became so rude and disrespectful to me, telling me they will order for the trunk mechanism and that they will have to take decision if the catalyst converter will be taking care of and after then a lady called Patti started threatening me that my first payment has to be honored if not they will repossess my vehicle away from me not caring about how frustrated I'm and my feelings towards what i am going through. I made my first payment of $440 on the 2nd of January. and till date they still not have said anything about the fixing of the vehicle and the vehicle is consuming a lot of gas because of the catalyst converter that needs to need to be replaced, and I don't also feel safe driving the vehicle because of the tire monitor sensor, because at times the car tends to swerve will driving it especially whenever it rains.im using this opportunity to plead with Better Business Bureau to please look into this matter ,because this is a fraudulent act and auto zone told me that the catalyst converter as been faulty for a very long period.       Above mentioned complainant dropped off vehicle to ***** ****** service facility on January 30th, 2023 after multiple requests. ***** ****** has agreed to alleviate the issues regarding the vehicle for the complainant even though vehicle was sold as is with no service contract being purchased at the time of sale. At this moment vehicle is with repair facility awaiting completion of mechanical work.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18729410 and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

      The issue has not been resolved yet to my satisfaction.

      They told me to return the vehicle to them to fix the problems, and on getting there to drop off the vehicle on the 31st of January 2023, MS Patti one of their management staff that attended to me told me that they can't fix all the problems and I told her that all the problems need to be fixed and they should let me know the day i should come back to pick up the vehicle and she told me she can't fix a date for me before I left without the vehicle,

      They called me on the 24th of February that my vehicle has been fixed to come for discussion in their office for my payment discussion that has already been placed on my credit report, that they can't fix all the issues because the vehicle is buy as is, and I told them that I can't continue any business with them because there is no transparency in their transaction with me and that they should take it off my credit report and refund back my $2000 down payment and my  first $400 installment payment i made by next week and they said they can't do anything about that.
