On October 10, 2023, and November 7, 2023, Kingsley Family Dental Care sent me another unfair bill $144.97 for dental treatment that should have been covered by my ******* dental insurance ID# ********. Kingsley Family Dental Care has engaged in repeated unprofessional office billing practices by failing to notify me that Dr. ***** was replacing Dr. ******* in early 2022 and overbilling me for dental treatment that should have been covered by my ******* Dental Insurance. Kingsley Family Dental Care also negligently, willfully failed to timely file required networks credential documents for Dr. ***** to ensure that I could continue using my dental insurance (*******) for all services, just like I had done in the past from 2019 to early 2022, before Dr. ***** took over for Dr. *******. Kingsley Family Dental Care also negligently, willfully failed to notify me that Dr. ***** had not filed his dentist office credentials in a timely manner to ensure he was part of my dental network ******* insurance. Kingsley also failed to adhere/follow patients responsibility statement for dental treatment that I signed before my dental treatment. I was Not informed that Dr. ***** was not part of my ******* insurance network and I was not informed that Dr. ***** would be over charging me more than $600 for two minor dental fillings. Had I been informed that Dr. ***** hadn't filed his credentials before my cleaning & filling appointments, I would not have received treatment. Kingsley has sent me harassing, unfair bills claiming I owe $144, after I already paid several bills. Kingsley also engaged in predatory billing practices by overcharging me and my 17 year old daughter Brianna ******* for dental treatment. Dr. ***** failed to timely file his credential documentation with my dental insurance carrier *******. I shouldn't be penalized and overcharged for dental treatment, as if I have no dental insurance.
