Merchandise with defects purchased from Supernova. After making many attempts to have items exchanged or refunded, Supernova has deliberately refused. Items in question are a king size bed and a sectional.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch from the online store ***** ********** that turns out to be called (Nova Furniture). Once delivered the couch was the wrong color, the legs came broken and are made of plastic, the back of the couch had a piece of wood poking out of it. I paid 2000$ for the couch. I contacted the company they retired to receive it replace the couch. I brought to the costumer service representative that the papers that came with the couch had the wrong color couch information, they told me it happens and everyone has different names for colors. Ex. The color was supposed to be charcoal navy dark, we got light gray with specks of white. The couch was advertised as velvet and it wasn’t it was made using another material. I sent the company pictures of the damages and the mistake and they said they can’t pick up the couch and bring it to their store for a refund because the shipping would cost more than the couch was worth, the couch weighs 75lbs. It’s distorted, wrong color, wrong material. The only solution I got from them was to return 139$ for the taxes we paid during shipping. It has been an exhausting week trying to get someone to pick up but when they do I’ve been on hold for 2hrs and no one can help because they are not supervisors.
