Entered into a contract for service on July 20,2022. Total amount for service was $1350.00. Entire Home Service Home Remodeling .Mr. Guardado committed to do an Epoxy job for the garage, patio ,front porch floors. Mr. Guardado knew that he purchased the wrong material to do the job from the beginning. Once the job was done improperly we notify Mr. Guardado to come an correct the issue. Mr. Guadado always made dates to come by never showed up. Gave excuses after excuses. After I did multiple calls trying to reason with him. Mr. Guardado stated the material that was purchased was the wrong material to do the job and that he wasn't able to provide the service. Only invoice number that was provide to us on the contract is *****which was handwritten.Initial Complaint

, Entered into Contract for Services on 6/18/2021: To Construct a Patio Cover for Patio at rear of Home. (See Copy) Contract specifies for $3,000.00 down payment. On 6/18/21 issued check for $3,000.00 to Entire Home Services, drawn from Wells Fargo Bank, a business Account of mine. An Inquiry to Bank to recoup Funds has failed. (See Enclosed Copy) Contractor was to began work in 10 days. Since then, numerous contacts via telephone # to 281-662-3596, have resulted in promises unfulfilled in start of project. Contact person Eric, has promised to make full, restitution, but to no avail, offering excuse after excuse. His disposition of Materials he has purchased using my money, is not my problem. No Delivery of Materials or Work of any kind was yet to be performed. At this point I simply want full Refund.
