            The business was paid to move me from my residence to a new residence on 9/22/22. I paid a$200 deposit and was due to to pay $375 for a two hour move. The movers prolonged the move for 4 hours, took several breaks and smoke breaks and charged me for the time. The movers arrived late to my residence. The movers did not have any moving equipment that was said to be provided & used a rental truck. The movers damaged my furniture, apartment walls & did not complete my move. The owner/manager could not provide me with their insurance information for damages caused. The company is inactive with ***** *** and not authorized to operate as a moving company in the state of Texas. I declined to send any additional payments until I could be compensated for damages and the manager has been in cooperative, harassing me and sending threatening text messages.

            Please, please, please do not use this company. Requesting the quote and the process to schedule services is seamless. I truly thought I was working with professionals and a reputable company. The follow-through is non-existent. I received a text the day before that my move would be delayed a few hours due to the truck being unavailable (broke down). I agreed to the new time and received a call at the time that the movers should have been at my home that the move would not happen due to trucks being inoperable. I was told that if I rented a truck, the movers could be provided. I had already signed a contract and paid the deposit for the move using their trucks and movers. David was unable to accommodate me and felt as if I should be more empathetic and accommodating to his situation. I canceled his services and requested my monies be returned. He communicated that the company’s process is to submit a check. I requested David to send me a text acknowledging that my monies would be returned and my mailing address. I immediately replied with the information. Since, July 5th, my phone calls have not been returned, he has blocked my phone number and email, and I have not received my monies.
