On Easter 4-17-22 at the 2:30 PM showing My family and I went to the movies to see Sonic 2. This is a COMEDY Crew Captain Carter came in for a few seconds then told me I was LAUGHING TOO LOUDLY There are crying babies and screaming kids and he says someone complained I was laughing too loud?! I went to the bathroom and when I came out I asked to speak to the manager. She wasnt there yet so out came Carter. I told him he could not tell me I was laughing to loud when its a COMEDY. If people want to come a PUBLIC theatre and watch a COMEDY then they are going to HEAR PEOPLE LAUGH. If they cant handle that then they need to go home and stream it. All he could say was "calm down". So I went to finish the movie and when I got out, I asked to speak to the manager as she had arrived and as I was letting her know how upset I was, another women came out and backed us up. She told them that we were not the problem but all the screaming kids and babies crying were the problem. Then he proceeded to get smart with her and then he started lying saying I was also talking above the movie which was a LIE. My children grew up with Sonic and were excited about this movie and we were just enjoying this movie. Then he yelled at the top of his lungs, EVERYBODY CALM DOWN!!!!! It was as if he was trying to prove himself to be the BOSS I then told him that he is the only one who needs to calm down and then he said he was he was going to call the police. When I told him"Go ahead" he finally calmed down. I told the manager I was going to complain via Premiere Cinemas, she just said, "OK". This is ridiculous to be treated like that while watching a COMEDY to tell me Im LAUGHING TOO LOUD. This is unacceptable. Carter needs to see a therapist or not get a job dealing with people and DEFINITELY not be in a managerial position.
