06/05/2023- Paid to have my transmission rebuilt, had to return to shop 3 additional time for repairs to it after the initial bring back in a month. On the 4th visit I was told that their transmission guy would no longer work on my vehicle. After returning to the shop to speak to the owner I was told he was not handling that case and the manager was handling it. After still having issues with my transmission I took it to another transmission place that told me I needed a full rebuild.Business response

We here at Eagle have done everything possible to resolve this matter. We have repaired this transmission "several" times and we strongly feel that after witnessing the owner not putting the truck into the proper gear feel that these issues were caused by "electrical" issues, facilitated by owner not putting vehicle into proper gear. Therefore, we feel that we have fulfilled our commitment.
